With correct configuration, modern filling systems can maintain precise repeat volume output across long shifts.

Speed depends on container size, viscosity, filling technology and cap format. Instead of quoting generic BPM, the recommended approach is:

Output is configured per product. Trials are conducted to determine optimum BPM without compromising fill accuracy or cap sealing integrity.

• Under/over-fill due to flow instability

• Loose/tilted caps from torque mismatch

• Dripping or stringing with high-viscosity products

• Bottles falling due to unstable conveyor guide width

• Label misalignment if moisture remains after rinse

Rejection is minimized when rinser-filler-capper-labeller synchronization is balanced.

Yes. A LiquiPAX installation can be integrated with:
